Hi, I’m Terry Grahl

What I have to share

I will inspire your audience to shift their perspectives, encouraging them to communicate in new and impactful ways. By guiding them on a journey of self-reflection, prompting them to deeply evaluate their own experiences and choices, they will understand that beneath the surface, we share far more similarities than differences.

My story

My story is about hope and purpose. I experienced bullying and sexual harassment from first grade until I graduated high school. My extreme shyness and speech impediment made things even worse. I was too afraid to speak or speak out. My family also battled with homelessness. Poverty has a powerful way of making you feel worthless, and it attacks your identity. It’s truly amazing how my life has come full circle to where I now serve women and children in shelters, escaping homelessness, domestic violence, and human trafficking.

I want to share my personal journey, from my childhood to discovering my true calling as a children’s book author. I’ve had the incredible opportunity to speak on platforms like the Kelly Clarkson Show and the Today Show. Additionally, I’ve taken Enchanted Makeovers to new heights with the support of thousands of people from across the country. Our past or circumstances are NOT our identity.

Changing the way we serve

I have pioneered a movement, a transformative paradigm that reshapes how companies and individuals engage in volunteering. Your creativity is a powerful voice, and we invite you to serve from that authentic place. I believe your passions and unique talents are extraordinary tools for infusing LOVE, LIGHT, and positive energy into the lives of others.

Imagine people joining hands, working side by side to craft vibrant capes for children, sewing cheerful pillowcases, or creating enchanting handmade dolls that spark joy. Each of us carries a name and a story worth sharing.

Let’s move beyond merely passing a plate of food. Instead, let’s come together in a meaningful way—cooking side by side during a shelter transformation, then sharing that lovingly prepared meal with women and children who seek hope and companionship. When volunteers come to us, they experience heartfelt human connections and discover incredible stories of resilience, not only from those they serve but also from fellow volunteers. In this shared journey, we embrace the truth that we are all both teachers and students in the ever-unfolding story.
