January 11, 2008 — Detroit News made a video of my old business Terry's Enchanted Cottage redesigning a home in Royal Oak, MI. The article made the front page of the Detroit Homestyle paper and Detroit News' YouTube channel. Texas Corpus Christi and New York Times papers also picked up the story.

2008 recipient for Making a Difference for Women award from Soroptimist International of Wyandotte-Southgate-Taylor. Soroptimist is a non-governmental organization that works to ensure women's rights, human rights, peace, and international goodwill.
